Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Mailsi is the largest health facility of this tehsil which was established in 1976. Spanned over an area of 07 Acre, it provides the services to the 1.1 million population of Mailsi. The total covered area is 174240 sq. ft. which includes 88000 sq. ft. residential area and 94004 sq. ft. hospital building area. The OPD services available at THQ Hospital Mailsi are ortho, ENT, surgical, peads, skin, dental, NCD, gynae, homeo, hakeem, TB/chest, general physician, hepatitis, eye, EPI and physiotherapy. OPD services are provided in morning shift to almost 1300 to 1500 patients daily. Under the Chief Minister Punjab’s vision “all patients should be treated equally”, Emergency services are provided round the clock to almost 300 to 400 patients while the hospital is providing treatment to patients with specialized medical and nursing staff, and medical equipment. The administration of THQ Hospital Mailsi always ensure up to the mark medical facilities to patients and advises all staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Currently, this Health Facility is providing services to 30000+ OPD patients, 9000+ Emergency patients and 1000+ Indoor patients.
